Admission Overview

Applicants will submit their completed application forms on or before the dates indicated clearly showing their choices of Faculty.

The Admissions Committee will review the list of applicants and determine the final selection.

The Admissions Committee will respect the preferences of applicants as much as possible, but may assign applicants to another Faculty on the basis of their second or third preference.

The Admissions Committee will inform the successful applicants who will then proceed to register.

A non-refundable deposit of Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc 800.00) will be paid at the time of acceptance.

How to Apply

Applicants are to download an application form of your choice. It has been well explained as to how an applicant will fill the application form. You are also to download the Student Brochure to assist you in filling the application forms.

A prospective Undergraduate or Graduate student should attached a bankers draft of GH¢100 or GH¢150 respectively.

A prospective Graduate applicants are to attach two copies of the Graduate Reference form during submission of the Application form.

Fill out all the required fields with correct and accurate information.
Attach all the necessary documents to gether with the completed application form.
Submit to the Registrar of the Catholic University of College of Ghana

An applicant who makes a false declaration or withholds relevant information may be refused admission. If he or she has come into the University already; he/she may be asked to withdraw.
