How to Apply Manually

Applicants who wish to apply for UCOMS Admission can purchase an Application Form from UCOMS campuses provided below (Or preferably download a PDF version of the Degree Form or Diploma Application form).

The cost of Degree Application Form is GHC100.00 and Diploma Application Form: GHC50.00.

Kindly fill all required fields with the accurate information.

The Completed downloaded form should be mailed together with the Application Fee payable in Bankers Draft.
