Course Overview

Human Resources and Labor Management (HRLM) is a multidisciplinary course that pulls comprehensively from business strategy, Law, psychology, economics, accounting and sociology. As an HRLM major, you will choose from a wide range of courses; modifying your studies to fit your interests and career objectives. You will develop a concrete groundwork of knowledge and practical skills, learning from authorities in small, interactive classroom environments.

The ultimate goal of the program is to meet the evolving global needs through teaching, research, and services. At CMIT, AIUWA, we combine an understanding of theory with the practical skills necessary to apply knowledge to businesses, industries, financial or government environment. We integrate professional curriculum to all general education curriculum thereby making all our students work-ready after graduation. Minimum Entry Qualification for Bachelor’s Degree Programme

Qualifications: West African Examination Council, O level.

Academic Requirements: Five credits in relevant subjects (Mathematics and English compulsory)

Language: English

Assessment: Course/lab work assessment and written examination.
