How to Apply for Ashesi University Admission

Here are the details on how to Apply for Ashesi University Admission. There are two (2) ways applicants can choose to apply for admission. These are: Online Application and the Paper Application.

Howerever, it is highly recommended that, applicants apply through the Ashesi online application system (since it is easy and hassle-free) to submit their application.

Online Application

Using Ashesi University online application process is the easiest way to apply for admission. Once you have laptop/PC and internet access, you can apply at the comfort of your homes.

Before you can Apply Online

Applicants need to have an account created before they can apply online. Follow these steps below to sign up:

Visit this link: https://admissions.ashesi.edu.gh
Locate and click on Become an Applicant
Fill in all the required fields appropriately (make sure you provide an active Email address or create new one if you do not have it already)
Select your Citizenship
Check/Tick to confirm that this information and your records you have provided may be reported to Ashesi partners and used for evaluation and other program purposes.
Click on Sign Up and Continue button

An Access Code will be sent to through your Email you provided in order to access the application system.

How to Apply Online

Once you have obtained an access code, follow these steps to complete Ashesi Online application:

Logon to: https://admissions.ashesi.edu.gh
You may browse from all the programmes available for admission and click on respective APPLY Now button to continue.
Provide every details needed to complete the online application.
Otherwise, locate and click on Sign In button
Enter your Access Code sent you and click on Sign In button
Start filling out all the required fields with correct information
Upload scanned copies of the required documents needed in the application process (ie. Result slips/Cert and Transcripts)
Applicants will need to pay amount due for application fee. Make sure you pay in order to complete the application.
Review your application and Submit by clicking the button.

Paper Application Method

Applicants may also follow these instructions to successfully apply for Ashesi admission by using the official Application Form.

Applicants who wish to apply for admission may have to download the Application Form and the Scholarship Form which are available at Ashesi University official website.

b. Pay Application Fee

Applicants are expected to pay and application fee. There are five (5) ways you can pay for the application fee. These include:

Applicants MUST quote their Mobile Number used for the transaction and Transaction ID in the Tax box in the online application portal.

Reference Number: Use your Name as reference number.

2. Pay Online

Applicants who would like to pay their Application Fee via Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover, please click here: https://expresspaygh.com/ashesi

Applicants should quote the expressPay generated transaction reference number on their application form (paper applications) or in the task box on the online application portal.
