How to Apply Online
1. Purchase E-Voucher
Applicants who wish to apply for University of Cape Coast
Admission Online must first of all, purchase an E-Voucher for the online application
process.
Below are the sales centres for the Purchase of Application Form:
- All Branches of GCB Bank Ghana Ltd.
- All Branches of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) Ghana Ltd.
- All Branches of Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd.
- All Branches of Consolidated Bank
- All Branches of Prudential Bank Ltd.
- All Branches of GT Bank
- All branches of ARB APEX Bank and All Rural and Community Banks
- All branches of Republic Bank
Cashier’s Office, University of Cape Coast
- All Regional and major District Offices of Ghana Post
- University of Cape Coast – Accra Office, Tesano – Accra
International applicants and Ghanaian applicants abroad can
make payment by VISA Card and have their E-Vouchers PINs sent to their email
addresses to enable them to complete their applications online. The cost of Application Fee are available at the sales centres listed above.
3. Apply Online
After purchasing the E-Voucher, applicants are informed to go to the nearest CoDE Study Centre Coordinators to assist them in filling the forms online. You may also follow these procedures to successfully apply online:
- Visit University of Cape Coast (UCC) Portal: https://apply.ucc.edu.gh
- Enter your Login credentials
- Click Login to start applying
- Fill out the Application form with correct and accurate information
- Attach all required documents and passport picture.
- An applicant’s passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 20KB in size
- Click ‘Preview’ or ‘Accept’ button. Click on ‘Edit button’ to modify your application.
- Click ‘Save and Continue later button’ to save your application form with the option of Coming back at a later time to edit
- Click ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’ to complete your online application
- Click ‘Print’ button to Print Confirmation Page.
- Keep your printed Confirmation Page safe. You will be required to use your Reference Number shown on the page to check your admission status and also print your admission letter.
- Once everything is done, click on 'Log out'
Please Note:
Each Applicant is required to:
- Print two (2) copies each of his/her confirmation page
- Attach his/her results slip(s) and any other documents deemed important and forward same by post to The Deputy Registrar, Division of Academic Affairs, University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast.
- Quote your Application Reference Number on the envelope.
4. Submit Application & Documents
The Confirmation Page should be printed and submitted together
with photocopies of certificates, results slips/transcripts to the Coordinator
soon after submitting online. Application numbers should be quoted when
communicating with the College.
Application forms that do not have photocopies of
certificates, results slips/final GPA of transcripts will not be processed.
Keep photocopies of the confirmation page and receipt with
pin and serial numbers for reference purposes.
No change of Programme will be allowed after submission of the
application online. Applicants are therefore advised to read the requirements
carefully before selecting a programme.
Foreign applicants will pay their fees in US Dollars.
All applicants are required to provide the following information on the large EMS envelope:
- application reference number
- names in full, no abbreviations accepted
- address
- study/examination Centre
- region
- contact number
- programme – which should be hand written.
Applicants should ensure that all WASSCE/SSSCE results are verified.
